Create a MyOneFP Website Account

Before using MyOneFP (this website), you must create an account. No longer may customers use their customer# & zip to login. (Create an Account Now.)

MyOneFP Account Creation Steps

  1. Enter your customer number, email address, and desired password. (Find your customer number.)
  2. Enter your meter serial number and billing zip code. (Find your meter serial number.)
  3. Verify your email address by clicking a link in a verification email message.

Common Problems When Creating an Account

Serial Number: The most common error in creating a MyOneFP account is entering the wrong meter serial number. There are several ways to determine your serial number. (Find your meter serial number.)

Customer Number: Find your FP customer account number on any invoice. For additional help, see Find your customer number.

Verification Email: Occasionally the verification email we send incorrectly ends up in a spam or junk folder. Please check there if possible. Otherwise, contact FP Customer Service for help completing your account signup.

Obsolete Customer # & Zip Login: MyOneFP uses a new login that requires an initial account signup. We have discontinued the old portal login that used your customer number and zip code. This is to protect your FP account by making it more secure.
